    Danielle Sterling is the Founder and CEO of Fitzgerald Consulting Services (FCS). She is a retail professional with over 12 years of progressive experience in operations, planning, and finance. She has a demonstrated track record of success in process improvement, supply chain operations, inventory control, and planning & forecasting. Danielle also brings a nuanced understanding of quantitative analysis and is skilled at leveraging analytics to drive operational efficiency and strategy.

    Before recently deciding to focus on FCS fulltime, Danielle cultivated her craft through positions with some of the world's foremost retailers. Most recently, she served as the Sr. Manager of Inventory Control for Chanel. In this capacity, she was responsible for the management and execution of inventory movement and supply chain strategy initiatives, supporting the brand’s Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) divisions. In addition to Chanel, Danielle has held senior level positions at companies like LOLA, Barnes & Noble, and Bloomingdale's.

    Danielle earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from The College of New Jersey. She also holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

    Cindy Zambrano is no stranger to passion and success, forging amazing relationships and partnerships with clients in all positions she has held with Marriott, Bloomingdales and currently Bloomberg. For the past 20 years Cindy has been able to gain her experience hands on from these well known companies and her school education by earning her Bachelors in Human Resources and Masters in Business Management from St. Peter's University. Cindy succeeds and brings specialized expertise in the fields of Recruiting, Onboarding, Project Management, Risk Management, Training Programs, Process Documentation, and Change Management. She understands that everything starts with basics and loves to take on the challenge to make any task or project that much better.
